1. The choir and its officers will use, manipulate and store securely personal data required by the choir.
2. We will obtain consent in all cases (including ticket reservation through our system, and new members, and mailing list members) and obtain retrospective consent from all existing members and mailing list members.
3. We will delete all copies of personal data on any electronic media, including portable storage media, of data held without consent.
4. We will make our policy on this available to all on the website.
